LN 4 & 7 price drop

Just noticed that the Lie Nielsen numbers 4 and 7 have taken a price drop at axminsters and a few others - think its a permanent thing or just a promotion? I'm in the market for both a 4 and 7 so trying to decide whether to take the plunge..

I don't think it is the benevolence of Axminster, as Classic Hand Tools also has the 4 and 7 at a reduced (the same) price. Still quite tempting....
