First a table lamp for the renovated house of my daughter Karin.
Yellow pine (nice smelling) halfround segmented lamp shade 2mm thick.
Foot and stem made out of a 20mm thick rubberwood table top, so for the biggest part also segmented.
The light source, an electricity saving lamp of 15 watt.
300mm largest diameter of the lamp shade, total height 740mm

An unusual project AdC. must be quite a challenge thinning down those pine segments with differing densities.

The box looks substantial and yet delicate in its proportions, down to the lid treatment I think.
