There are few books on the subject. I have one, but I've not seen it lately, it is probably in a box, never unpacked.
It's by Taunton. Not at all bad, although it doesn't tell me anything I did not already know. It comes with a DVD, which is exactly the same material as in between the covers. If you've read the book you've watched the DVD and vice versa.
