Hollowing

Now that there is only the one Munro hollower available is this still the best hollower around or has somebody got some new fangled hollower now. Going to be doing narrow neck vases and saucers.

I'd suggest you take a look at Simon Hope's alternatives at http://www.hopewoodturning.co.uk/

The 6mm carbide hollowing tools in particular are very effective and easy to use.
There is always the option to use them in the Hope hollowing rig if you decide to go that far.

I have the Hamlet Big Brother, Simon's 6mm Pro-carbide and several homemade HSS and TCT hollowing tools and I'm a convert to Simon's tools (no affiliation).
