Hi All,
I picked up a couple of offcuts today and i'm not 100% sure what they are.

Here's the first one, I was told that it might be lime

here the second, I think it may be maple.

I thought second probably maple, maybe soft/field maple.

The first i dont recognise, is it very heavy? It has a slight look of lime, if it it is would be pretty light and soft
.
 
First thought was Tulip. If it is it's quite light in weight.
 
Piranha pine?

European larch

Not Cedar of Lebanon - you would know!

Colouring a bit like tulip but grain not typical
 
Looks like tulip wood on the first pic, particularly the bit on the left, are they definitely the same?
