Hi Mel. Some googling says 4" x 21 3/4"

Converted makes.... 101mm x 552mm +/-1 (i think)

Skill and Bosch used to be (still are??) related, maybe have a look at some different bosch belts as a starting point.

100 x 560 is a standard size - screwfix stock them - best to try them in a shop just in case as the size is not spot on with Roy's figures.

just found this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Sanding-Belts ... 2317d62e3b

which says 100 x 560 and lists Skil 405.
