Hello all wood lovers,,
I was about to disappear into the shed to sharpen a carving knife for the sunday roast when fears of,
lost fingers
tear out
incorrect cutting angles
insurance claims etc, etc, sprang to mind

Following the help you gave freely for the gravy a few weeks back, I look forward to your assistance

Over cook the meat and use your fingers. That is the safest way.

Or simply pick up the joint in your hands and chew off it directly.

Works for me.

Roger,,,,,many thanks for your guidance,,what is the the etiquette for this ?,,am I supposed to wipe my fingers between bites because My good lady and myself will be sharing this feast ?
