Just had a two day session with a new turner. Wanted to do a natural edged bowl but I didn't have any suitable wood so he did a burr bowl instead. Steeper learning curve but really enjoyed it. Also did a brown oak candle stick and is coming back to make a partner for it.Love teaching almost as much as turning.
Bowl is 12" diameter and candlestick is 10" tall
