I've just received a voucher for a free 5.2Ah Battery with any purchase of a Festool Basic Cordless product. Valid up to 30 April 2015.

It says in the T&Cs it's for in-store purchases only.

i was hoping that they would do something after the lack of christmas promotion.

Unfortunately I would like a corded drill, and the new cxs 10.8v drill, so this offer doesnt really help. did it come through the post?

Yes, came through the post. I doubt I will partake, I am too deeply inserted into the Ryobi One+ system (which I really like by the way) which also happens to be green and grey (well the newer stuff is) :lol:

i suspect it is a bit of a bonus if you already have the system, but the cost of buying the charger as a seperate probably negates much of the saving. for instance, I could be tempted by the cordless track saw, but buying the naked tool, a battery, charger and a rail, just to get the 2nd battery wouldnt be economical.
