Flattening ceramic stones

Has anyone flatten their ceramic stones? What are your thoughts of using a diamond plate on one?

Yep, used diamond stones, took a while !

So no problems with wearing or damaging your diamond stones

No, no problems, did need to use a brass brush occasionally to declog the diamond stone, but no reason why it should damage them.
