Finishing curves in wood

looking for a way to finish curved wood seen one of these on youtube cant find one the same anywhere any suggestions on sanding curved wood avoiding flat spots

google for a drum sander- this is either a machine or something that you fit in a drill press (or hand electric drill). It is the latter that you want.

I have seen those on Axminster etc its just that the sandpaper is on the underside not on the edge as with the normal type available on eBay Axminster. my search continues
