Didn't amazon have a similar problem a few years back ?

ooh that's a cheap tv, click , click

oh they want me to pay direct via my bank account click click , transfer

3 weeks later: My tv hasn't arrived. It was indeed too good to be true, can I go on television now ???

summat like that if memory serves.

I use Firefox browser with the NoScript and Ghostery add-ons. That intercepts any cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks and you have to explicitly override the warning for the attack to succeed. As with anything on the internet - if you don't understand and expect it, don't click it !
