Degreased it and put some camellia oil on. Did the flip test and it's spot on inside and out. Well chuffed.

Now i can send my crown adjustable square on it's premature pension.

Very nice for what, a little over a tenner?

Take it you didn't like the Crown adjustable dodad thingy? I very nearly bought one before Christmas should I be glad I didn't?

Regards

Richard

Around 13£ posted to Belgium.

Different reasons i didn't go for the m&w combi set. First there was the lack of customer's service when i contacted m&w, then there was the lack of response from a uk seller (when asked to check the squarness everything went quit on the other end for more than a week, so...) and third i think if i ever get an combi set, i'll go for a starrett. I haven't read a bad report on those so far.

Being graded bs 939, the draper me more confidence about it's squarness compared to the ungraded cheaper m&w combi set. I think i'll try their protactor as well.
