A bloke in my local club had dislocated a shoulder at rugby and was moaning about it all evening. I was moved to tell him about my mate Dennis who had lost both legs in an accident involving a chainsaw, a ladies bicycle and a basket of overripe bananas (I won't go into details).
I told the bloke this and added that, a few years later Dennis contracted throat cancer and now he can't speak but in spite of all this you don't hear him making a song and dance about it.
