Sold Dewalt power shop radial arm saw

Spares or repair. Bought in good faith but I haven’t used it. Took pictures to list and thought I better try it but it doesn’t start. Might be doing something wrong. I’m not sure and I’ve not got the time to mess about with it. I’ve swapped the plug since I took the pictures. Sold as not working. Collection only from Cheshire. 15 mins from junction 18 or 19 of the M6. £50.
