I have just received, and returned, a Dakota Solid Brass Mallet DKL22, from/to Rutlands.

If it is solid brass then it's the world's first magnetic brass.

To be fair, R's did agree to take it back straight away. I have suggested that they change all their descriptions - wonder how long that'll take, 'specially as it says SOLID BRASS on the packet.

Be good, but if you can't be good ...

Had a similar issue to that just recently, explained on another post.

They agreed they were wrong with me too, and i also suggested that they change their descriptions, and would take the item back as it was incorrectly described.

But, they still charged me a "handling fee" and additional carriage which till this day is nor resolved.

Watch they don't do it to you.. :lol:
