I know there aren't many cricket fans here, but my trusty beast (Originally an SS R7 English willow, Grade 3, custom made from India back in 2015) was shedding its skin for the third time (had two overhauls and a handle replacement before this)

I had to fix the toe a little bit and a couple of cracks and delaminations.

I used some linseed oil to get the glue soaked in and then scraped it using a cabinet scraper -saved me hours there.

Then a bit of sanding, cleaning the mud off the toe and filling of cracks later, this was the result.

A while ago, I had the idea of getting some stickers made by a mate who has a CNC which can do decals as well. So redesigned some of it to suit the bat and decided to "pimp.my.bat" to get my nickname and my highest score on there. Figured if that doesn't get a laugh out of the opposition (or my own team mates) when I get a duck, nothing will.

Final result:
