Hi all
I was wondering if Douglas Coates is still making his excellent looking wooden vices, he used to have a website from which you could order from but i cant seem to find it anymore.

Hi all !! Sorry been off-radar for some time, and Andy T kindly pointed this thread out to me. We moved house about 18 months ago and I left a mighty fine workshop to (for now) make do with a large garage and nowt else - tried making a few bits but working condidions and tool storage not at all acceptable, so I stopped until better sorted.
The website is temorarily locked (there but behind a lock-screen) as I was getting enquries from the U.S. that I couldn't fulfil.
I do plan to go back to the vices some time next year - with some evolutions along the way.
If any of my old chums here see this, hope everyone is well, prospering, making fine things... (at least one of the above)
