Chariot plane value?

Hi,

would anyone have any idea of the value of a chariot plane without its blade? Its in reasonably good condition and probably a user made plane. Also, any ideas on sourcing a new blade?

eBay prices for chariot planes complete seem to vary between £20 and £300 so I don't think it's possible to say. How pretty is it?
