I don't know about anyone else but I always struggle changing the dust bag on my chip collector. Trying to hold it in place while putting the clip on seems to require more than two hands.
I don't know if this method is how others cope with this problem but doing it the following way it is easy and can be done with just one pair of hands without any problem:
1. Place the bag on the collector and make a pleat and hold in place with one hand.
2. Whilst holding the pleat, shove the rest of it up into the collector (it needs to be turned off to do this :lol
3. The bag should now stay in place on its own and the clip can be put in place. Once the clip is on, the bag is then pulled down.
I hope this helps someone else.
