Spotted an indoor car boot advertised indoors and not far so popped along this wet morning. Lot of stalls but slim pickings did find some bargains though.

£7 for the lot

Yep two quirks for doing inlay work, a woden hold fast (missing the ring), that guy asking 35 for the scraper JMHO but he could be waiting a long time before he gets that.

This was last week’s £32.00 the millers falls grinder will need a few bits making for it.
that was some haul

i never seem to find taps dies or 10mm spanners

and only ever seen one carp grinder

worse thing i done was walk away from a clean Trend T11 because it was 110v for £20 didnt even looked used :(

shame about the ring..and will probably never find one

off to google quirks

You might have better luck looking for a coach builders router. Basically one is wood and the other is metal but both doing the same job

Speak to one of the newbies on here, i will try and find him. Something was posted today about him, something to do with old tools. He tracks down spare parts etc. :)

EDIT
Can't find the thread from earlier, but this is the guy to talk to. :)

Pretty sure the Woden has the same diameter leg as the Record/Marples holdfast, and the bench inserts for them are still available, aren't they? I have a Woden and a Record and they seem interchangeable.

Good information Andy.

I`m left wondering how it is that I`m quoted as saying something that I never said ?
