cant get pictures on here

hi all
i have been trying to put pictures on here without any luck
what am i doing wrong?
not exactly thick when it comes to computers,but cant figure this one :?

Not relevant for uploading attachments, only off site URL's are restricted to cut down on spammers.
There is an image posting guide at the top of every forum topic.

They're probably to big. They need to be really small, 256kb or smaller. irfanview used to be good for resizing pics.

Or you can put bigger ones that you've stored in photobucket, flickr, picasa, whatever. Then you just put them inbetween img tags.
