That looks like a good bandsaw!
White metal bearings and wooden table and that overly decorated frame.....could be 1880-ies or thereabout...... possibly even earlier....... certainly it is line shaft driven via a long flat belt and a fast/loose pulley setup. With some new wheel guards and belt guards it would surely be good for 100 more years of work.
It seems to be a couple of decades older than mine which I bought this summer for 300 euros. Mine was probably made sometimes between 1905 and 1917. It was originally line shaft powered but I have made a new motor mount. I have yet to make some modern guards for it and to do the electrics.
