Just a public thank you to Eileen and the after sales team at Axminster. I've just moved and the removal men lost one of the rubber feet off my Axminster TS200. I contacted Axminster yesterday at 1pm to see if they could sell me a spare one; I thought I may have to buy a pack of four. No problem to Axminster, Eileen said she would contact the after sales team and get back to me. I received an e-mail at 5.30ish saying the after sales team would send me a couple free of charge. Having used Axminster for a good while now; I have to be honest and say I wasn't that surprised at their excellent approach towards their customers. All too often these days once a company gets established, they lose interest in looking after their customers, not so with Axminster. =D> =D>
