I fully understand what Bob is saying, but on the other hand there will be new members/woodworkers who may not be on the Axminster mailing list, or have even heard of them, so IMHO post away, and thank you for taking the time.

I got the notice and tried to order this morning but sold out...would have been good. I waited too long for the bullnose plane as well. Strike while the iron is hot...comes to mind.

OK - My clamps have only just arrived and they are the wrong ones; I was under the impression they were clamps like this:

What I've got are extendable spring clamps by bessy like this:

did anyone else get these sent to them or did they get the ones with octagonal jaws? I'd just like to make sure before I call them.
