Hi

Wonder if anyone out there works in perspex. .. black perspex to be precise.

My boss is after a wine rack made of black perspex like the picturee below.

I'm after a company who either makes them, or can make them....
Not ideas how to make it as I won't be attempting it.... no tools, time or inclination to do so.

i seem to recall bending it at school using some form of strip heater. At that time, it was pretty easy, although i dont know whether you are looking for advice on how to make one or somebody to make one

TS OK.
Band-saws OK if the blade is fine enough for the thickness (at least 2 teeth engaged perhaps, so 1/2" would cut with 4tpi but more teeth better)

It does not look at all practical.
1) all but the top bottle will become trapped due to the load of the ones above
2) it will topple very easily

I agree... Not my taste or design... I'm asking for my boss... she's obviously seen something like it in the past for her to know exactly what she wants

Could possibly be done by bending around a former and then supported by a front and back panel to carry the weight.

It's a lot of work though and not going to be cheap!
