I don't remember if i read this somewhere or thought of it myself (old age) :lol: when scrolling thin pieces of wood or m.d.f. you only use a fraction of the blades length before it gets blunt, so the tip is to put a piece of wood/melamine around 1/2'' thick on your saw table (with a saw cut part way through for the blade to slide along) and fix it to the table bymaking it 2'' wider than your table and fixing 2 pieces of 1''x1'' one to either side to hold it in place on the table, that way you get to use the middle part of the blade.Hope you can understand this because i'm hopeless at describing things. :lol:
