Just purchased a new Sony TV. The instruction manual is in 19 languages and all get just 14 pages each.
Of the 266 page book, half the English section is too technical to understand.
A new electric tooth brush instructions printed on cheap re-cycled paper an A3 sheet then folded by an origami expert. They would claim they are saving the planet, but the carton it is marketed in, is expensive and glossy.
With other instructions you get one page of drawings, no words, just arrows and symbals and you have to refer back and forwards with the English text. And often badly translated from Chinese.
A smile to finish with: SI unit FREQUENCY - HERTZ. It sure does.
Perhaps it is just my age!
