I also have a Dewalt 733 lunch box thicknesser. So any ideas for a cill jig for this as well as the thicknesser on the Matabo very welcome.
Thanks.

are they not run on the spindle moulder?

Yes but Coley uses an 80mm rebate head on a tilting arbor. I have a forward, backward tilt machine but am not sure if my spindle, has 100mm travel would work with 80mm knives.

You've got a tilting arbour, also a tilting variable cutter block. A planer thicknesser can put a 9 degree angle on a cill, you'll just need to stick a bit on after to form a rebate

An 80mm block will do your 9 degree cut. Once you start using your machine you'll have a better understanding of how it works. Just for fun, cut out a bit of wood the same size as the 80mm block, drill a hole in it and set it up on the spindle to see if it's suitable.

I get on the lathe and turn an 125mm x 80mm cylinder and drill a 30mm hole in it. Then using some planed scrap make up a rebated cill section using the tablesaw. Will put on spindle moulder and see if any lights come on. Will also try the other methods people have suggested and see how I get on, if acceptable results saves buying the 80mm block.
Were you serious about gluing the rebate to the cill, is that good practice? I expect would need to cut the rebate from the same work piece I make the cill from, so stresses, grain, moisture content whatever all match up?.
If I have a go at machining a cill up using a thicknesser, can't I allow extra height on the cill, then using my small 100 x 30 rebating block cut the rebate? Or am I being too optimistic, nice idea but in the real world, it can't be done like that?
