I'm starting to make a humidor and have had a search of previous threads (some of which I've been a part of) for ideas, thoughts etc.
My design is pretty well sorted out, I have some Spanish Cedar acclimatising, timber for the carcass and the normal box hardware but I now need to source a hygrometer and a humidistat (and possibly a thermoeter as well).
There are lots of sources on Google but as I'm a complete novice in this area I'm wondering as to whether anyone has bought these before or whether there are any cigar afficinados who could advise me please?
The humidor will be a 40th birthday present for an occasional cigar smoker so I'm looking for something reasonable but not the top of the range as that would be overkill for the use it will get.
Any thoughts please?
