Brendan, I use the Russian equivalent of Facebook. Thankfully all my friends can speak English. 
Someone posted a pattern the other day so I searched the image in Google and came up with the Russki website with the patterns.
This is the one that was posted, I converted it to a PDF vector to print it and cut it tonight:
