Had the same problems with mine and off centred casting. The key just has to be knocked out of the shaft and the pulley fitted but there's no flat spot for the grub screw to fit into. Brought these points up and got told that it shouldn't effect the running of the lathe but time will tell.

Does anyone know if the Record Power jaws will fit the Versachuck? I know they'll take Patriot jaws but not sure about the Record Power.

Now that there is only the one Munro hollower available is this still the best hollower around or has somebody got some new fangled hollower now. Going to be doing narrow neck vases and saucers. Thanks

For anyone on the fence with this just bite the bullet and go for it if you can. It's turned what used to give me so much frustration and stress into a few seconds to keep the edge on a tool and a smile from ear to ear.
