    Hello, I need to replace bannister and newel post etc, with possibly oak, to match flooring, I live in france, where oak is readily available from the woodyard, but usually green. I know joinery requires kiln dried, but is this the case for all interior used wood, such as chestnut and cedar too?

    Hello, I am trying to find a way of accurate mitring for a 3d shape in wood, to do a cast from in concrete. Best way to describe it is like the pizza hut roof symbol.
