    Steel sieve mesh?

I'm currently excavating to hopefully build a garage/workshop. Being thrifty I refuse to pay for skips so the company can charge me for them then sell the soil I put in them as well. So I have gone the recycling/Freecycle route and set out to sieve the lot then I can offer it as sieved, bagged...

    Pegic saw motor wiring?

I picked this up figuring something industrial but working would be better than new but cheap. It was described as 3phase but changable to single, this is the motor cover and inside: I've sourced a blade and somewhere to get a replacement belt and contacted the maker in Italy for a new...

    Polishing aluminium?

I'm currently polishing some 10mm tubing, I've been using my Dremel with felt wheels and the green polish that came with a Clarke polishing kit bought with a 6" Bench grinder. I've been trying the bench grinder a bit but it's just not to the same shine as with the Dremel but the Dremel is...

Axminster Trade Series AW10BSB2 Saw Bench?

I've seen one of the above for sale locally. I've no where to put this at the moment apart from storing it in my garage that's at my mum and dad's 20 miles away... I currently have a Clarke 10" table saw that I got cheap and tidied up fitted a new blade etc. Looking forward I'm planning to...

    Record DS300 sanding discs?

I've just picked one of these up but can't seem to find any finer grades of discs for it. Ideally I'd like 240 grit but Machine Mart list Fine as 120 grit. Even Ebay has let me down so far. I'm curious as to what they designed it to sand with such heavy grits as surely if wood it would be...

Cutting aluminium tubing and threaded bar?

I'm working on something that i'm using 10mm aluminium tubing, 2mm wall and some threaded bar at 5mm. I've assorted tools but could do with something to cut these two that's not massively noisy as I've no outside work place at the minute, probably not something that goes together cutting metal...
