    First Project: Workbench

Yes I’m considering dog holes and also a shelf or storage unit. It also cost under £100s to make so much cheaper than ones from the shops and also saves my back any pain being a good working height.

    First Project: Workbench

This is my first project and was a rushed job like a lot of things I do. It’s a basic cheap workbench. Its nothing like the quality workbenches you all make but hey oh, it does the job fine. Plus it was a first time using some of the tools so a learning curve.

    A price to pay

You need to work out how long it takes you, how much you need to live on and what your overheads are and other costs. Once you know the above look around to see what your product is worth. Think about if your product is unique to others to work out the price to charge.

Gas or Air Nailer for workshop use

Tooled Up sells them but i think the framing nailer is in the £300s. (Not sure if i can link to the site) All but one of my power tools is not a Bosch blue and its rubbish, i'm happy with the Bosch Blue tools, so I more than likely get their air nail guns.

Yes Bosch do air nailers, i was looking at the Axminster versions but will they stand up to all day use? In past I’ve found shops own brands to be cheap and unreliable.

Gas or Air Nailer for workshop use

Need a ring shank nail gun to use in workshop for framing. Which type, gas or air is best? Needs to be a quality tool as for use outside projects and the frame will be max of 44mm and also require a stapler for welded wire mesh. I like the look off the gas ones but the air ones seem cheaper.
