If they are infested then I'd take them back to the yard in person, hide them and do a runner..
But maybe this has already been done by the sounds of things
I like it when they ask for DOB, address bla bla bla,
I always say that they could be anybody and I'm not giving my DOB etc to someone on the phone=-- winds them up something rotten.
I'm going to get a spanner and riving knife laser cut, if anyone else is interested let me know. I'll get a quote, the more the cheaper it'll be.
A scan of the spanner would be good. Cheers
My latest designs I've got to quote to make, a 3x double wardrobe with sliding mirror doors in oak veneered MDF and another unit to go round a chimney breast and over the bed.
Anyone know what size the thin spanner is across the flats as I haven't got one either and if I can find that size I can get one laser cut.

I've used plywood for making up carcasses etc as it takes screws etc without splitting but a customer wants oak finished wardrobes and I'm looking at veneered MDF to get the job within budget.
Does anyone know how to join MDF without it splitting etc while still getting a strong joint.
Any...

I cut 4 cubes out of pine against the fence and all 6 sides are spot on square and within 0.002" across any...
