I think you maybe right there. I've just drawn the door upto scale and its 40mm across the profile of the largest round and the maximum radius is 9.5mm on the cutter - mmm needs to be twice as big?

I think you are confusing craftsmanship with ideas and money with 'good'. I'm sure they combine somewhere in the correct proportions to push your buttons, but not in the tabloid manipulated...
