Replacement blade for Makita track saw

Do you happen to know if there is any difference between the B-07353 that my SP6000J came with and the B-09298 I have just bought to replace it? The new one says Specialised as per your table but I wondered if that is juat a rebranding thing

CNC MFT... is there a top and bottom face?

I purchased a CNC cut replacement MFT top and spent a good few hours trying to get a square cut. Doing 5 cuts around a board that was approx 500 x 500mm left me with approx 2mm of error on my final slither cut. I checked the blade was true to the guide, that the rails werent bent etc but...

    Dying boiler suit

I sure am going to dinner in it, works quite well with the bow tie. 🙃 Well spotted, I guess both are true but dyeing was the intent.😁

    Dying boiler suit

Well after a battle with some sodium chlorite my boiler suit looks like a tie die experiment gone wrong.... Anyone got a recommendation for a black dye that they have used to bring things back to their former glory? Not really keen on something to go in the washing machine, i'd rather chuck it...

    Finishing Oak Desktop

I actually posted about that in another thread as it was a concern before I did it. No bowing so far. If it does bow I will route 25mm angle into the bottom off it so that its hidden.

Contents insurance for workshop attached to house

Thats exactly what I have done with LV. I'm tempted to explain the situation again in writing and ask for a written confirmation. The policy wording is fairly explicit though

Contents insurance for workshop attached to house

NFU Mutual could not get me off the phone fast enough. Zero interest and adamant that their limit was 5k and nothing could be done to change it / no options etc etc. That was contacting the local office by phone. I only tried them due to the number of good reviews but the sales experience was...

Contents insurance for workshop attached to house

Afternoon Chaps Just reviewed my insurance renewal notice and noticed there is a £2500 claim limit for thefts from my single garage workshop that is attached to the house and has a door into the hall. I've spent ages this morning contacting people like direct line, aviva, NFU etc and none of...
