    Hi Guys. The mechinizim on the blade heigth ajustment is not working on my table saw. The washer that fits on the adjuster bolt has come loose. You can see in the pictures where the washer should be in the groove and where it is now loose. Do I need new parts or is there a handy fix?? Thanks...

    Was thinking I might forget about a top and bottom brace, and go for 3 horizontal battons on the inside. The better half will not go for the diagional braces. Looks too much like a shed door.

    Woodwork sign clean up

    Update After sanding down to the bare wood I painted the lettering with gold enamel paint. I bought a tin of "woodoc" marine matt clear varnish and a friend sprayed it on giving it about 4 coats. Have to say it looks great. I'll see if I can remember to post a picture of it.

    Dado Saw

    I m very new to woodworking. I was looking at a set of plans and it recomends the use of a dado saw. I know the problem with these as in europe we have braked circurar saws and the dado is not suitable. What can I use instead of a dado?? Thank you for any replys
