The Aluminium primer was great. The white trade undercoat was lacking in pigment - very poor

This is good advice. I'm just starting to build a bench using some old industrial chipboard flooring a mate gave me. I've got some beech, but I've no idea what features I will really need until I start making some furniture, so I'll wait and see how it goes. Have fun :)

This is disgusting :evil: I think you should contact Trading Standards. http://www.somerset.gov.uk/somerset/ete ... ection/ts/ They should tell you if the Sale of Goods Act is applicable to a foreign customer. I hope you get it sorted. Good luck Tim
