    We took in a LabXRotty some years ago, he could hardly walk due to frost bitten feet and was skin and bone due to a tape worm. I never met the previous owner, fortunately. Roy.

    I didn't consider it a matter of politics, just common sense. But your view is possibly caused by the headline, delving deeper the court states that a blanket ban is illegal.
