I'm trying to find a simple router lift that I came across and for the life of me I can't remember it's name.
It's made of small dia metal bar and I seem to remember that it uses the router handles for a pivot/fulcrum point. It's not one of those fine adjustment jobbies, more for quick raising of the router?

I use Woodrat plungebars on my router table. It dosen't give ultra fine adjustment but coupled with a little horseshoe-shaped Trend depth guage it gives fast and accurate depth setting (one-handed) for about £35. I also seem to remember someone, on this forum, posting a home-made router lift that worked in the same sort of way, by levering against the router handles.
