The size is 18in long 10.5in wide 15in high, two 7in dia holes.

Made from 30 year old reclaimed windows, top and legs mahogany, rails sapele, finished in danish oil.

It is built to the design request of one of Helen's friends, but it is also a charitable case.

Hi Les,

I think its a stand to feed Great Danes their dinner as they have problems eating from bowls on the floor.

Very close and close enough.

Helen's friends dog passed away about a month ago and she has decided to adopt a retired greyhound. She has gone through the selection process and been accepted and the stand is for the food dishes as you so guessed.

That did not last very long but never mind as long as the greyhound enjoys it's retirement.

I was going to suggest it was Rubeus Hagrid's spaghetti portioning measure.
