Credit where it's due -
I have broken the base guide on my Rotozip spiral saw so started to source a replacement only to find that Rotozip (Europe) has been bought out by Bosch (who are currently NOT manufacturing the saw), the result of which is that spares, other than consumables, are NOT available.
Rotozip.com (America) pointed me towards the Home Depot for exporting spare parts but they were NOT helpful.
I sent an email directly to Rotozip (U.S.) explaining my problem and held my breath - a reply came 2 weeks later from "Nancy" who asked me to confirm both the exact piece causing the problem and my postal address.
This I duly did and, by return she emailed again to advise that a new base guide would be dispatched that day by airmail which I should receive in about 2 weeks time.
BRILLIANT
Then it got better - "There will be no charge for this"
Of course, I emailed back and thanked her profusely.
I'll let you know when it arrives
