v This plaque was passed on tonight ,my way of saying thank you for the wood that I received 43 feet of hardwood for nothing.I will be making something more after I have finished making projects for my two daughters and my wife.I have not decided what it will be yet,it will be made with some of the wood that was given me.The last words that was said when I passed the Plaque over was,if you need anymore wood at anytime JUST ASK.

Very nice Bryan, as usual your work is just amazing, the detail and the proportions are spot on and I bet you really enjoyed making that. Its always nice to give things to people as a way of saying thankyou and for me its is the look on their faces as you give them what you have made that really makes my day.

I would never wish to boast or be big headed but at the craft fairs I get so many comments, like, you are clever, you must really enjoy wood turning !!!!!!!!!!, do you carve all these !!!!!!!!!!, is it all made from real wood. A common question I get asked is how do you get all those little bits out of the middle. I say, I train wood peckers. Another lady asked how I made the wood. I said, I buy it in liquid form and pour it into moulds, she said, Oh, you are clever.

Bryan , absolutely splendiferous ,and what a way to thank somebody for their generosity . =D> =D>

That is a beautiful piece of art . Don't be surprised if you get lorry loads of wood fro now on .

Keep posting I love seeing your work . God Bless .

Bryan that is brilliant.

I'm an old (ex) fisherman, when the wife returns I will ask her if I smell  on second thoughts I won't, just incase I don't like the answer she gives.

One day, I'll get my old Delta scroll saw out and try to cut something that I will be proud to show here, only don't hold your breath!

Bryan.

That is a very nice piece of work indeed, the recipient must have been very pleased. =D>

You have also, certainly made a good contact for the supply of wood.

I think a good stack of wood is better to have these days than money in the bank.

Take care.

Reallly brilliant work Bryan
fishing is a BIG bussiness where I live, you could sell your plaques like buns in a famine here!!!

Brendan

Great work. I am keen angler and that is one of the best I have seen.
The coloured wax works well. Can I ask where you get them from. At the moment I am experimenting with clay inlays to introduce colour, but wax looks a lot easier.
