Has anyone on here had any issues with applying Osmo Poly-x Raw oil onto oak veneers, as in delamination?
I don't to apply to find down the line it delaminates the veneer.

I presume you mean applying it to oak veneered doors/mdf/ply. It won't, it'll be fine.

Osmo Raw has a white pigment in it and will 'kill' the grain on oak. It's only recommended for whiter coloured woods like ash, walnut and sycamore - Rob
