Well, yes, I guess it's more of a bargain for someone who already owns other Makita items in the same range rather than someone starting from scratch but still as little as 10% of other 'bare' Makita units (http://www.screwfix.com/c/tools/drills/ ... sperpack=0). And yes, I know that's a brushless model

Not really a bargain as such, it's the entry level model aimed at the medium/heavy DIY user. Not a trade tool.
