Gerrit van der Sterre, Don and Ann Wing, Mark and Jane Rees, and others suggest the early Dutch plane makers produced planes in the "English style" for export to Great Britain. All the examples they list seem to have been originally purchased in the Netherlands and I've never heard of any that were found in the UK. Does anyone know of any that have actually surfaced in the UK and appear to have been early imports?

The only dutch maker I know of is Royal J. Nooitgedagt and Sons (Koninklijke Fabrieken J. Nooitgedagt & Zn) located in IJlst Friesland. I know nothing about them having exported to the UK

In the great Nooitgedagt sell off three or so years ago I bought a Nooitgedagt rebate. I suspect these hit the UK, too.
