Spawn etc should not be moved. It spreads a disease, the name of which I cannot remember.
What's wrong with frogs/toads in the pond in any case? I get all sorts in mine, including newts and some large dragonflys visiting in the warmer months, and lacewings too. The pond is in it's own enclosure where everything is allowed to grow wild.
