The food industry. My drop box, 220ltr steel drum, was previously used to transport honey.

    Axminster Hose Cuffs

Hello, As part of my flat pack cyclone project I invested in some hose cuffs http://www.axminster.co.uk/axminster-10 ... rod577187/ and some clear hose from Axminster. I had ordered these products in the past (about a year ago) so was pretty confident at what to expect. However, the hose...

They usually phone to check that the delivery will be convenient and then ship via next day courier.

    flexible veneer suppliers

Another vote for SL Hardwoods. I have bought quite a bit of flexi veneer from them all via mail order. They have a Ebay shop http://stores.ebay.co.uk/SL-Hardwoods-L ... 34.c0.m322 where the postage is usually bit cheaper than their website.

    Bent Plywood

Thank you. That piece is made of 5 layers of 1.5mm ply sandwiched between veneer. The radius is 44mm, 1.5mm will bend to a 40mm radius. 0.8mm ply will bend to 15mm radius, obviously you would need more layers to build up the thickness with 0.8mm ply.

    Bent Plywood

I'd make a feature of the dowels......... What radius are you bending the ply? It looks quite tight.

Urea glue spreading is a nightmare. Any pointers ?

I use urea resin from these guys http://www.redwoodinnovations.co.uk/ which comes in 2 parts once mixed very easy to spread using one of these http://shop.instant-shop.com/bagpress/product220374catno70374.html I typically laminate 8 layers of 750 x 940mm the pot life is 1.5 hours at 20C. However...

The end of the traditionally fitted drawer?

I saw this Barnsley piece http://www.barnsley-furniture.co.uk/superbasket/product/283/Games+Table at an exhibition and it has hidden metal runners on the drawers.

    Radiator cover

I guess it's the same as trying to heat your house with an oven and keeping the oven door closed. The enclosed space will be toasty but not much will be distributed in to the room. Also with a poorly designed cover the build up of heat will trigger the thermostatic valve long before the heat...

    Radiator cover

Unless you have a well designed radiator cover you will probably be removing it in the winter to warm the room anyway, so the drying of clothes may not be an issue. :)
